On Saturdays the pub opens at 3 p.m., with last orders at 11 p.m. for food and midnight for drinks. The same day also marks the final day of the local "Kokuvege Tomato Festa," so the kitchen is pairing the beer board with tomato dishes made from local produce.

The day's tap list is built around IPA, but the range is wider than that. The headline pour is Ushitora's "Sen no Sake ni Natte" [Quadruple IPA].
