It will be served only at Bar Malt Road and will not be sold anywhere else.
Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing is a brewery based in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture. On its official website, the brewery says that its German brewer makes beer while valuing traditional methods and recipes, while also incorporating the character of Tsukuba. At the taproom and beer restaurant attached to the brewery, guests can enjoy pairings of food with 8 to 10 beers while looking through the windows at the brewing equipment.
This effort is another collaboration brew following last year’s. The post also shows that the brewery can propose original recipes for hotels and restaurant chains and brew to specifications, suggesting the flexibility of contract brewing. At its local flagship shop in Tsukuba, an announcement for the tap list was also posted on April 5, making this an example of the brewery’s presence both through its own taproom and through outside collaborations.
