COEDO’s (Saitama) Akane leads the lineup. This 5.0% American pale ale is described as softly aromatic, evoking an autumn breeze. It offers a balanced way to enjoy a hop-forward beer as the season begins to change.
From Y.MARKET BREWING (Aichi), Hysteric IPA brings a stronger profile at 7.0% ABV. Its complex hop aroma and deliberate bitterness make it the most assertive choice of the five.
Minoh Beer (Osaka) contributes Kokusan Momo Weizen Hakuho Ver., a 5.0% peach wheat beer with juicy Hakuho peach character. The seasonal fruit expression is available with a ¥100 surcharge.
Sakura Beer from Mojiko Retro Beer (Fukuoka) is 5.5% ABV and draws on the historic atmosphere of Mojiko, with a Taisho-era romantic image. For a lighter, hop-focused option, Great Dane Brewing’s (Miyagi) EVERYDAY IPA offers a 4.7% session IPA profile designed for an easy, repeatable drink.
