Craft beer TOCA in the Inokashira area of Mitaka posted its Aug. 14 tap list. Out of 15 taps, 12 are beers, one is sake, and two are marked as breaks. The range spans Czech pale lager, fruited wheat ale, saison, Kölsch-yeast dark ale, hazy pale ale, nitro dark mild, hoppy wild ale, single-hop pale ales, an American IPA, a rye IPA and a foeder pale ale.

The beers listed are `Can I Kick It` (Wuchawteng Brew), `Suicad 2` (Cycad Brewing), `eatrip saison` (Yorocco Beer), `2006` (Kunitachi Brewery), `COMES AS YOU ARE` (Beer Again Brewing), `Dark Mild (Nitro)` (Farmentry), `Hop & Stave` (Sieman Winery and Brewery), `Pale Ale Chinook` (Scents Brewing), `Pale Ale Cascade` (Scents Brewing), `Twine Climber` (Varietal Beer Co.), `Roggenhund` (Flora Fermentation), and `Brettal Head` (Bellwoods Brewery). The sake tap is `SOU Keg Draft` from Kikusui Sake Brewery.

Food updates include a new dish of chicken thigh and winter melon with bai makrut and green chili, plus items such as hummus and chips with corn and basil, fried chicken with lemongrass and Japanese pepper, and chicken breast namero with takuan and green chili. It is a practical, style-driven lineup for drinkers who want to compare beers across the spectrum rather than chase a single headline release.
