Uchoten Brewing, based in Suwa, Nagano, will host an event at Tap&Crowler in Shibuya. The star this time is "AUTUMN LEAVES -BARREL AGED-", a red wine barrel-aged version of the brewery's fifth-anniversary beer, "AUTUMN LEAVES," matured for five months. The post describes it as having "reached an even greater level of refinement," and anticipation is building for the added depth that only barrel aging can bring.
The event will be held on Saturday, April 25, and is set up so guests can enjoy not only beer but also food and music. The Tap Takeover will center on Uchoten Brewing's English-style ales, while guest taps will include selections from INN BEERS and a special collaboration pour from oasobier x kanpaibeer. Food will feature Arai's special mapo tofu, along with DJ performances.
