With the holiday-week weather continuing in Inage-Kaigan, WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE announced two new kegs on tap. As a craft beer specialty shop, it lets you enjoy a drink inside the bar or take home bottles and cans, which is very much in keeping with the place. It feels like an easy spot to drop in whether you're coming just for beer or pairing it with a meal.

One of the stars this time is FARMENTRY New Zealand Pilsner. This light, easy-drinking beer clocks in at ABV 5.0% and IBU 26, with Riwaka and NZ Cascade hops. Its refined aroma evokes white wine and muscat, with hints of grapefruit and lychee layered on top, giving it a clean, easy-to-drink structure with a solid aromatic depth. It's the kind of beer that's easy to choose as your first drink when temperatures rise.

The other is Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA. An Extra IPA at ABV 7.2% and IBU 65, it stands out for tropical aromas from Citra. In addition to its fruitiness, you can clearly taste the malt sweetness, so it's also suited to those looking for strong bitterness and real drinking heft. It combines the stability you'd expect from a classic brewery with a firm hop presence.

That day's draft lineup also included GUINNESS, KIRIN HEARTLAND, Hoegaarden White, Revision Elusive Rainbow Tree 'Shroom, West Coast Brewing Blazing Buds 2026, Monkish Los Angeles Monkish of Anaheim, and Societe The Visitor, making for a range that ran from a light pilsner to Hazy Double IPA and West Coast IPA. Hours are 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., closed Tuesdays. It's an easy place to stop by early or late, and one to remember as an option when you want to drink in Inage-Kaigan.
