Libushi Bashamichi, the Yokohama outpost of the brewery founded in Nozawa Onsen, Nagano, will participate in KAWASAKI STYLE PARK 2026. The inaugural event will be held on September 19 and 20, 2026, at the third-floor hall of HOTEL ARU KSP in Takatsu Ward, Kawasaki.\n\nFourteen breweries from across Kanagawa will gather for the event. The lineup includes breweries that have fewer opportunities to appear at beer festivals, as well as producers whose distance from the city makes side-by-side tasting difficult. Visitors will be able to explore beers that reflect each brewery’s individual approach. Admission is free, and the event is scheduled to run from 11:00 to 20:00 on both days, with last orders planned for 19:15.\n\nOne of the event’s defining features is its focus on food pairing. Hotel chefs will prepare dishes that guests can match freely with the available craft beers, creating a dining experience distinct from a typical beer festival. The venue is about a 15-minute walk from Mizonokuchi Station, and a direct hotel shuttle bus will also operate from the station.\n\nLibushi Bashamichi combines brewing, distilling, and food service at its historic Bashamichi location in Yokohama. In addition to beer, the site produces spirits and liqueurs using its distilling equipment.\n\nThe brewery is also known for its technical work with long-aged beers fermented naturally in wooden barrels, as well as beers developed with upcycling initiatives in mind. While the specific beers Libushi will pour at the event have not been announced, the festival offers an opportunity to encounter the brewery’s broad and experimental approach alongside food prepared by the hotel’s chefs.
