Fukunori Merry, a beer pub in a basement in Roppongi, highlighted a new pickled-meat dish on Instagram: lamb harami sautéed as part of its nuka-zuke series. The dish is presented as a match for warm sake, including Tamazakura Junmai Kimoto Yamadanishiki, which fits the venue’s fermented, spice-driven cooking style.

The guest beer is Y.MARKET BREWING’s Green Tea Hazy IPA (Tsukechi Cha Hazy IPA). According to the brewery, it is a 7.5% ABV, 20 IBU Hazy IPA brewed with Tsukechi tea leaves, bringing young-leaf aromatics, soft sweetness reminiscent of matcha au lait, and a gentle tea bitterness. That makes it a natural fit for lamb, spice, and fermented dishes.

The same post also lists the day’s curries: bacon and olive curry, pork belly and komatsuna curry, and striped hokke curry. With roughly 10 to 12 craft beer taps and an easygoing basement setting, Fukunori Merry works both as a dinner stop and a beer-first pub. Reservations are accepted via Instagram DM.
