Fresh tap
At vivo! BEER+DININGBAR, a basement beer pub tucked under Ikebukuro East Exit, Minoh Beer’s seasonal "Peach Weizen Early Harvest Ver." is now on tap. The bar opens at 16:00 on Wednesdays, and the release arrived on the first business day of September. With 20 draft lines, the venue keeps a broad rotation rather than a single-style focus.
What it tastes like
The brewery describes the beer as combining clove- and banana-like notes from Weizen yeast with juicy peach aromatics. It is a bright, fruit-forward beer with enough yeast character to keep it firmly in the wheat-beer lane. Minoh Beer’s peach series will run through four versions this year, from Early Harvest to Hakuho, Shimizu Hakuto and Kawakami Hakuto.
Other taps
The tap list on the same day also spans collaborations and classic styles: `vivo!×CYCAD BREWING 42 (forty two)`, `Inkhorn Brewing Buncho 2026#3`, `Y Market Brewing Mata Ashita Hazy IPA`, `TOKYO ALEWORKS Ikebukuro Night Owl`, `St. James's Gate Draft Guinness`, and `Kirin Heartland`.
Food options make it easy to stay for another glass, with rillettes, potato salad, a cold omelet, pasta, and a hamburger steak on offer.
