Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing to Hold 4th Anniversary Event Starting March 13
Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing in Tsukuba, Ibaraki, will hold its 4th anniversary event from Friday, March 13 to Sunday, March 15. In addition to a special tap lineup available for three days only, the brewery will debut its first collaboration beer with the Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest organizing committee, along with a special food offering served once a year.
Ibaraki-based Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing has announced an event to celebrate its 4th anniversary since opening. The event will run for three days, from Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 15. 3-Day-Only Special Tap
The highlight this time is an anniversary tap lineup added to the regular selection. On the brewery's own beer list, a wide range of styles will be available, including Pilsner, Kolsch, IPA, Weizen, Mango Weizen, Dortmunder Export, Hedgebock, and Dr. Winter Warmer. Centered on German-style beers, the lineup is designed to make side-by-side tasting easy.

Around 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, the brewery plans to tap its first collaboration beer brewed with the Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest organizing committee. The brewery has described it as "a beer we have never made before," making it a fitting beer for this anniversary milestone.
A Once-a-Year Special Food Offering
On the food side, owner Carsten will serve BBQ spare ribs smoked by hand. This is being announced as a special menu offered only once a year. Pairing a wide range of beers with fragrant meat dishes is one of the pleasures unique to the anniversary period.
