Choryo Brewery to Exhibit at KIGEN_Japanese Sake Fest, Taking Part for Three Days at the End of May
Choryo Sake Brewery's Koriyogura in Nara announced that it will be exhibiting at the "KIGEN_Japanese Sake Fest" held at the Nara Convention Center. According to the post, it will take part for three days, including the eve event, with a lineup that will feature CHORYO craft beer as well as sake.
Choryo Sake Brewery's Koriyogura in Nara announced event participation information on Instagram. The event it will join is the first-ever "KIGEN_Japanese Sake Fest ~A Sake Festival Originating from Nara~" to be held at the Nara Convention Center in Nara City.
In the post, the brewery said that in addition to Choryo's sake, CHORYO-brand craft beer is also planned to be served. Set in Nara, known as the birthplace of sake brewing, the large-scale event will bring together breweries from inside and outside the prefecture, craft sake makers, breweries, wineries, and more. In that setting, Choryo's booth is likely to reflect the company's dual identity as both a sake brewery and a brewery.
Choryo Sake Brewery is based in Koriyogura, Nara, and its official information also highlights both sake and craft beer. This announcement clearly centers on the appeal of its sake, including Yoshino cedar barrel-aged sake, while also creating an opening for beer fans. Even though it is a sake event, the fact that craft beer lovers also have a reason to stop by is not something to overlook.
