Yuitriele, a craft beer brand from Akkeshi, Hokkaido, has been selling its new release, "MIMOSA SAISON," on its online store and at the brewery storefront since February 27, 2026.

This beer uses three hop varieties, Nelson Sauvin, Triskel, and Barbe Rouge, to bring out a fresh aroma reminiscent of white grapes, elderflower, orange, and gooseberry. It is a hybrid style that combines saison yeast and champagne yeast, delivering a light body with a vibrant aroma and finely textured carbonation. It has an alcohol content of 4.5% and comes in a 750 ml bottle.

Yuitriele is a brand whose name means "a place where oysters grow" in French, and it delivers craft beer from Akkeshi in Hokkaido, where oysters are cultivated, as beer that accompanies "time for nurturing." On its official website, the lineup also includes labels that reflect the character of the land, such as Akkeshi Oyster Lager and Akkeshi Rouge. Among that lineup, MIMOSA SAISON is positioned as "a glass to celebrate being yourself" for International Women's Day.

The product page and its label description also show a design meant to carry a festive brightness within its lightness. This release gives a sense of Yuitriele's new expression as a saison to enjoy as a spring gift or as a beer for marking seasonal milestones.
