Two Kegs to Watch on 3/17

In Craft Beer Spot Hathor’s same-day announcement, the new tap beer listed is "Mori-shiki / Three Tree", and the recommendation is "Specialty Coffee Lager / Miyazaki Hideji Beer x ROSA COFFE!".

Mori-shiki is an IPA from 3 TREE STYLE (Mori-shiki), described as having the refreshing feeling of biting into a grapefruit whole. With a bright citrus aroma at its core, it looks like a beer that works well as the first drink of the day.

Meanwhile, Specialty Coffee Lager is the second collaboration with the coffee shop "ROSA COFFE!" in Miyazaki City. An original blend made with beans from two farms in Nicaragua is combined during the brewing process, creating a beer designed to bring out both aroma and acidity. It is a limited brew that lets you enjoy coffee aromatics while keeping the finish light and easy to drink.

Today's Draft Lineup

Hathor’s same-day list is well balanced across LAGER, WHITE, ALE, IPA, and BLACK. Specifically, the lineup includes "Jukusen," "Hoegaarden White," "Spring Session," "MUGICHA Bitter Real Ale ver," "Saaz Saaz," "Sansho W-IPA," "1t IPA," and "Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Real Ale ver," offering a wide range of choices from light-bodied beers to higher-ABV pours.

The Atmosphere at the Bar

The shop is a beer pub in the Kyobashi area that operates 16 taps. Because it provides detailed daily tap updates, it is easy to time a visit when you are aiming for a specific beer. Its lineup, which balances standard styles with collaborations and limited brews, is the kind that beer fans who keep coming back can especially enjoy.
