Uchu Brewing is a brewery founded in 2018 and based in Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture. It currently operates taprooms in Kobuchizawa and Toranomon in Tokyo, while also offering distinctive set products through its online shop.

The newly announced item is a six-bottle "Uchu Set." It will go on sale in the online store from 7 p.m. on May 14, with a limit of one set per customer. The set is made by combining reserve stock kept for each sale and leftover inventory that cannot be included in regular sets. The best-before dates will not be uniform, and the contents will vary, but some sets may include two bottles of the same label.

Uchu Brewing keeps stock on hand to account for damage during shipping, and it also assembles these sets in a way that makes full use of that inventory without waste. This time, the brewery is presenting it as a "surprise until it arrives" set, with shipping scheduled for May 18. At the time of purchase, the address registered with Amazon Pay will automatically be used as the shipping destination, so address confirmation is required. Unlike a tasting set where the labels are chosen in advance, this one lets you enjoy the character of the available stock as it is.
