Hop BroThat's right. Their concept is "making beer that adds a light to any scene," and their catchphrase is "CHEERS WITH THE BEST NEIGHBORS!" It means, "Let's toast with the best neighbors," right?
MugiSuch a warm concept! It feels like it really fits into everyday life.
Hop BroThey run a taproom on weekends, so you can drink beer brewed right there, fresh from the source. It's the kind of luxury only a brewery can offer: having it poured right next to the workshop.
MugiDrinking it where it's made is special all by itself!
Hop BroAlso, they're involved in a beer event that brings together women brewers from the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, so they're helping energize the local craft beer scene too. It's still a new brewery, but I can't wait to see what kinds of beers they'll create from here on.
