And the flagship beer is “daily paper -Saison-.” The name means “daily newspaper.” The concept is a beer you’ll want to drink every day, and it’s a saison whose flavor changes with the seasons. It’s light and dry, but with a soft fruity, spicy aroma.

Exactly. It means “the start of a new day.” And the name “Dam” is interesting too. Back in the Edo period, there was an urban dam in Toranomon that supplied water to the townspeople. Playing on that history, the idea is to make this a place that now connects people through beer.
