vivo! BEER+DININGBAR, a craft beer pub in Higashi-Ikebukuro, Tokyo, has announced two new draft beer additions.

The first is Aloha Warrior IPA from Coronado Brewing. Described as a West Coast IPA, it combines firm bitterness with a clean finish. Its hop-forward profile should appeal to drinkers looking for a crisp IPA that can also work well alongside food.

The second new pour is Weizen from Moji Port Retro Beer. A familiar flagship at vivo!, this hefeweizen is noted for its banana-like fruitiness and refreshing character. It offers a softer, more aromatic contrast to the sharper bitterness of the IPA.

The pub’s draft list also includes vivo!×CYCAD BREWING 42 (forty two), Onidensetsu’s Kane Oni Pale Ale Simcoe Single ver., OUR BREWING’s Four Dimensions, Minoh Beer’s Weiss IPA, Inkhorn Brewing’s King Fisher 2026, and Shiga Kogen Beer’s House IPA. Other selections include BUDDY from Ujojo Brewery, Oboro no Saka White from Kanpai! Brewing, IRODORI SAISON Apricot from Mugi Zakkoku Kobo Microbrewery, and Kyoto Brewing’s Foolish Beauty.

Food options listed by the pub include rosemary-scented pork rillettes with rye bread, smoked salmon and cream cheese potato salad, and spaghetti with shirasu, fresh tomato, and almonds. These dishes provide several ways to enjoy the contrast between the hop bitterness of Aloha Warrior IPA and the fruity freshness of Weizen.
