NEIGHBOR Updates 8 Taps in Nogata, with Miura Brewery’s "MISAKI Maguro Amber" Also on Tap
The beer pub NEIGHBOR in Tokyo’s Nogata has announced its latest tap list. In addition to eight selections from GROUNDTAP, Blacktide Brewing, Baird Beer, and others, Miura Brewery’s "MISAKI Maguro Amber" is also on tap. It’s a lineup best enjoyed with grilled food.

The Nogata beer pub NEIGHBOR (NEIGHBOR craftbeer&grill) has announced its latest tap list. The shop is located on the first floor of J-ARC Nogata in Nogata, Nakano Ward, Tokyo, and its appeal is that you can enjoy beer together with grilled dishes.
This time, there are eight beers on tap. The lineup is `GROUNDTAP BREWERY GROUNDTAP LAGER`, `Hinterland Blueberry Wheat`, `Primary Barrels Chill to Tipsy`, `Blacktide Brewing Gorilla Panic`, `三浦ブルワリー MISAKI Maguro Amber`, `Ace Cider Ace Guava`, `CAMADO BREWERY MERO`, and `Baird Beer Suruga Bay Imperial IPA`. The selection is broad, ranging from lager, fruit wheat, coffee stout, and DDH hazy IPA to brown ale, craft cider, blood orange IPA, and double IPA.
Among them, the newly added `MISAKI Maguro Amber` is an English brown ale made with brown malt and aroma malt. It is described as a beer with a sweet, toasty caramel-like flavor and a gentle richness, and one that pairs well with both meat dishes and fish dishes.
On the food side, the charcoal-grilled spare ribs stand out. They are simmered with red wine and prunes, grilled over charcoal, and finished with honey and black pepper, and the shop also points to their compatibility with IPA. Other items on the menu include Campari fig butter with charcoal toast, yo-dare maguro carpaccio, jerk chicken rice, and tuna and sun-dried tomato aglio e olio.
