Shiinamachi Branch tap list updated

At the brewpub "Namacha-n Stand Shiinamachi Branch" in Nagasaki, Toshima Ward, Tokyo, service has begun for a new house beer, "Namacha-n's Weizen Gokugoku Ver.". In the post, it is introduced as a new release designed for the increasingly hot season ahead, aiming for a light and refreshing drinking experience.

This new beer is a Hefe Weizen with an ABV of 5.0%. It uses more than 60% wheat malt and is characterized by a banana-like fruity aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a clean finish with almost no bitterness. It is a beer that puts drinkability, typical of a white beer, front and center.

The published TAP LIST consists of the following five beers.

- Namacha-n's Weizen Gokugoku Ver. (Hefe Weizen) / NAMACHAん Brewing
- Namacha-n's Grapefruit Sour IPA (Sour IPA) / NAMACHAん Brewing
- Namacha-n's Hojicha Ale (Japanese Tea Beer) / NAMACHAん Brewing
- Namacha-n's Rauch (Rauch) / NAMACHAん Brewing
- CLEARNEKOLIQUID Hyper (DDH WEST COAST IPA) / NEKOBEER

In the house-brew lineup, the Sour IPA suggests a grapefruit-driven character, the Hojicha Ale uses Japanese ingredients, and the Rauch is built around its smoky profile, so the flavor directions are clearly distinct. The guest slot, NEKOBEER's "CLEARNEKOLIQUID Hyper," is a DDH WEST COAST IPA, making for a lineup that will also catch the eye of people who want to enjoy a strong hop presence.

"Namacha-n Stand Shiinamachi Branch" is a brewpub by NAMACHAん Brewing where you can enjoy beer as the main attraction. In the Shiinamachi area, the highlight of the day is being able to compare house brews that reflect the brewer's character and guest beers all at once.
