Highlights

Namacha'n Stand Shiinamachi Branch is a brewpub in Nagasaki, Toshima Ward, Tokyo. It is a stand-style venue where you can enjoy house-brewed craft beer in a standing-bar format.

In this Instagram post, the new beer "Namacha'n Grapefruit Sour IPA," made with grapefruit harvested from the family home of regular SBF customer Shimada, was introduced as now on tap. Using fresh grapefruit from Nara Prefecture, this sour IPA highlights the citrus character of Cascade hops and the juiciness of the fruit, with an ABV of 5.5%. The post describes it as the sourest IPA in the history of NAMACHA'n Brewing, by farrrrrrr.

The TAP LIST released alongside it showed a lineup full of the venue's distinctive house-brewed character.

- Namacha'n Grapefruit Sour IPA (Sour IPA)
- Namacha'n Weizen Gokugoku Ver. (Hefe Weizen)
- Namacha'n Hojicha Ale (Japanese Tea Beer)
- Hobohaji Beer (IPA)
- Namacha'n Rauch (Rauch)

The guest beer on tap is NEKOBEER's "CLEARNEKOLIQUID Hyper." It is also a TDH West Coast IPA, so you can choose a beer with a sharply defined hop profile.

With fruit-driven acidity, the aroma of Japanese ingredients, and even a smoky Rauch, the lineup clearly invites comparison tasting. If you want to follow house beers and guest beers together in Shiinamachi, this is a tap list worth checking out.
