Mukuraf, a beer pub in Shinohashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, updated its tap list on June 4. The day’s two new pours are Y.MARKET BREWING’s Trail Current and HUMANS BEER’s HOP NYA, alongside a broad bottle selection including hard cider and a range of IPAs.
New taps
Mukuraf, a beer pub in Shinohashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, updated its tap list for the day. Two new beers were added: Y.MARKET BREWING’s "Trail Current" and HUMANS BEER’s "HOP NYA."
"Trail Current" is an NZ-style IPA. The beer is described with aromas reminiscent of peach, berries, and coconut, layered with notes that evoke summer orange, yellow peach, lime, and white grapes. It also leaves a soft bitterness and an earthy finish.
"HOP NYA" is a DDH Hazy IPA. It leans on Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, with gentle bitterness, dense haze, and a vivid aroma that fills the palate. It should appeal to drinkers looking for a fuller, more expressive hazy IPA.
The day’s lineup
The draft lineup also includes Asahi Premium Draft Beer’s "Jukusen," Minoh Beer’s "Grefuru Sour," Hansharo Beer x Kyoto Brewing’s "Iza Kakan," Oni Densetsu’s "Sweet Strawberry," and TAROS BREWING’s "WRATH OF THEM#2." The list spans familiar lagers, fruit-forward beers, and more distinctive styles.
Bottle options too
The bottle selection is equally wide. Confirmed names include GreenNeighborHardCider’s "HARUKA SINGLE VARIETAL," "CITRUSwithCALAMANSI," "LA FRANCE," "ALL. Eighteen kinds of apples," and "SOUR," plus Uchu Brewing’s "KONBINI IPA," GROUND TAP BREWING’s "TSURUGI" and "TARUMONJI," and WestCoastBrewing’s "PassionWizard," "Hop Fua," and "Starwatcher."
There are also Collective Arts beers such as "BetweenThePalms," "RubyStriker," "GrapeCalamansiSour," "SummitPeak," "GoodMonster," and "RansackTheUniverse," along with VERTERE’s "Vespa" and "Heliconia." For IPA fans, hazy drinkers, and sour-seekers alike, the bottle lineup offers plenty of choices.
