A broad bottle selection despite no new draft release
Mukuraf’s September 24, 2026 service announcement said that no new beer had been tapped that day, while noting that another keg would be opened once a current beer was finished. The pub was also promoting its bottle selection, with bottle sales and keg-beer takeout available.
The lineup is strongly hop-forward. TrapDoor Brewing’s “Tasman Holiday” is a Hazy IPA, while Varietal Brewing contributes “NewStars” and “Meander” Hazy IPAs, plus “Introspectre” Hazy DIPA. FLORA FERMENTATION’s selection includes “FLORALIA IPA,” a FreshHop IPA, and “Charun,” a Hazy IPA.
The same brewery is also represented by “Witte Wieven” White IPA, “Siren” West Coast IPA, “Bauer” Weizen with Rye, and “FLORA LAGER” Premium Lager. WestCoastBrewing offers “TDHSSR,” “Twelves As One,” “Mosaic Mainline,” “The Room,” “Pineapple Party,” and “Just Peachy,” alongside “Vandal,” listed as a Hazy Pale Ale.
BLACKTIDE BREWING brings “Hazy Wave Spectrum” DDH Hazy IPA, “Sunday Funday,” “One More Moment,” and “Summer Loop” Hazy IPAs, as well as “Monster Gold Ver.6.0” and “Miyate Spirit Ver.3.0” IPAs. The tap list features Asahi Premium Nama Beer “Jukusen,” GOODHOPS “LUPULIN MIX” NE Weizen, Y.MARKET BREWING “INABUHOPFARMHOUSEALE2026,” HUMANS BEER “錠前破りのメタリカ” Hazy IPA, Black Tide Brewing “KesennumaPrideSpectrum” DDH IPA, and TWO RABBITS BREWING “輪入道” American IPA.
Food options include beef tendon imoni, house-made lasagna made with whole-wheat pasta, sea urchin pudding, and chestnut rum cake. Located in Shintomibashi, Koto-ku, Mukuraf offers a relaxed setting for pairing food with a wide range of craft beer.
Mukuraf is also scheduled to participate in the KOTO CRAFT BEER HOPPING & MARKET at Kiba Park’s Fureai Hiroba on October 3 and 4, serving chef Sato’s dishes alongside craft beer. Availability may change, so guests should check the pub’s official updates before visiting.
