A Sengawa brewery with a bread-based approach
Bread Ale Brewery is a bakery-attached brewery in the Sengawa area of Chofu, Tokyo, about a five-minute walk from Sengawa Station. One of its defining features is its use of bread that would otherwise be discarded as part of the brewing process. That approach gives the brewery a clear identity beyond flavor alone.
Beer in the heart of Chofu
The festival offers a chance to compare the character of local breweries in one place. Bread Ale Brewery will bring beers shaped by its bread-derived concept, while the venue around Chofu Station makes it easy to stop by during a day out. With a Sengawa brewery joining an event centered on the Chofu area, the lineup reflects the growing reach of the local craft beer scene.
