At Beer Cellar Ichinomiya in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, a new guest beer announcement has been posted. According to the post, business hours for the day are 12:00 to 21:00. Under clearing skies, two craft beers with very different characters were tapped.

One of the tapped beers is Ise Kadoya Beer (Ise City, Mie Prefecture) "Imperial Red Ale." The post introduces it as Style: Double Red Ale, ABV 7.0%, and IBU 50.0. It is described as a semi-regular beer that many people had been calling for to return, with a copper-red appearance, aromas reminiscent of citrus and grapes, and a firm body and bitterness. It is presented as a beer that brings hop character to the forefront while still aiming for drinkability.

The other is Streetlight Brewing / Streetlight Brewing (Sapporo) "Echo Flora." This one is a Dry Hopped Saison with ABV 6.0%. Using European hops from places such as Slovenia and France, it is said to combine fruitiness reminiscent of red berries with floral and herbal aromas. Yeast-derived spice and ester notes also layer in, giving it the depth associated with a saison.
