THE ALL DAY, a beer pub in Tokyo’s Sumida ward, will join the Yacchaba Night Market on Sept. 5 at East Core Hikifune Station Square. The lineup includes house-made sausages, shandygaff, and the limited beer “Tsunagari Koito,” brewed with soy milk.
A soy-milk beer for the night market
On Saturday, Sept. 5, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Yacchaba Night Market will be held at East Core Hikifune Station Square. THE ALL DAY, a beer pub in Higashi-Mukojima, Sumida, will take part with food and drinks that use Yacchaba ingredients.
The featured beer is "Tsunagari Koito," brewed with soy milk from Miyoshi Tofu Studio, a Yacchaba vendor. The beer was produced by BEER VISTA BREWERY in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. According to a related note article, the batch was brewed with a mellow profile in mind, and the process yielded about 500 liters.
THE ALL DAY’s menu for the event includes house-made sausages, Tsunagari Koito beer, and shandygaff. That makes the booth appealing not only for beer drinkers, but also for anyone who wants to pair the beer with a simple grilled bite.
This is the fifth Yacchaba Night Market, and the theme is "Yacchaba ingredients connect the neighborhood." Alongside THE ALL DAY, La Cucina Nao, Wakan Charyo Sahasrara, and HOLLY day will also appear. For craft beer fans, it is a chance to see how a local ingredient can shape both flavor and community.
