THE ALL DAY, a craft beer pub based in Higashimukojima, Sumida, Tokyo, made a guest appearance near Koga Station in Ibaraki.

For the event, the pub served two house-made sausages. The first was its standard coarse-ground sausage. The second, called Korikori Sausage, was made with chicken cartilage and yuzu kosho, giving it a distinctive texture and Japanese citrus-pepper character.

The sausages were served as hot dogs in two combinations: the coarse-ground sausage with chili beans, and the Korikori Sausage with salsa. These pairings offered contrasting approaches to enjoying the sausages alongside beer, from the rich, savory notes of chili beans to the bright, spicy freshness of salsa.

The beer lineup included MILLS / HELLES from Minamiaizu Mountain Brewing and a DDH Pale Ale from MacKenDy. The Helles provided a crisp, food-friendly option, while the DDH Pale Ale brought a hop-forward profile suited to drinkers looking for more aroma and intensity. Together, the two beers complemented the sausages and toppings in different ways.

The event took place under cloudy skies without rain, allowing the beer to be served in good condition. DJs also supplied the soundtrack, creating a lively atmosphere around the food, beer, and music.
