TBE Brewing in Ebisu Updates Its Kegs on May 1, Featuring 13 Labels
TBE Brewing, a beer pub in Ebisu, has announced its keg lineup for May 1. Led by CRAK Brewery's PIZZAPILS FREE STYLE, the selection features 13 labels centered on domestic breweries such as Ise Kadoya Beer, Shiga Kogen Beer, and Yorocco Beer, alongside a well-rounded lineup of occasional food specials.

TBE Brewing, located on the second floor in Ebisu Minami, updated its keg lineup on May 1. While the post notes that remaining stock is low, it also clearly lists both the current 10 kegs and the NEXT TAP BEER, making it easy to see what can be drunk right now.
The current lineup for the day includes CRAK Brewery's PIZZAPILS FREE STYLE, Ise Kadoya Beer’s Classic Pale Ale, Swan Lake’s Amber Swan Ale, Mya Brew’s Sakura Pao Pads, G Brand Beerers’ Rock and Roll IPA, Ishinomaki Hops Works’ Strawberry Hazy IPA, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Shiga Kogen IPA, Outsider’s Lagoon Juicy IPA, Yorocco Beer’s "Yeggit," and Shiga Kogen Beer’s Sono Ju No.10 IPA. From pilsner and pale ale to amber, fruit-forward beers, and IPA, the lineup is broad enough to make it easy to build a session from the first pint onward.
The NEXT TAP BEER lineup includes Black Tide’s #480 Tohoku Pride, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Snow Monkey IPA Silver Label ver., and DOGFISH × OXBOW × SHIGAKOGEN’s Kind of Gold. Showing both the current lineup and the next beers scheduled to be tapped makes it easier for regulars to plan ahead.
For food, today’s sashimi features wild Indian bluefin tuna, along with dishes such as grape-fed beef shoulder loin steak, oven-baked marinated pork spare ribs, grilled bone-in Daisen chicken thigh, barley-fed pork fillet tonkatsu, and tender beef tendon simmered with sansho pepper. In a warm wooden interior, following the draft beers alongside meat dishes and seafood is part of the TBE Brewing experience.
