Minoh Beer’s W-IPA returns
TBE Brewing is serving Minoh Beer’s W-IPA, a 9.0% strong ale brewed with 2.5 times the usual amount of malt and hops. The beer combines firm bitterness with citrus aromas from Cascade hops and a rich malt character.
A nationwide tap lineup
The October 19 keg list includes Mellow Times Lager from Bakuzakkoku Kobo, Skywalker IPA from Yorocco Beer, and Dogfight IPA from Romantic Village. Other taps include Three Island IPA from IHW, Ongoing from Hop Kotan Brewing, and Toyama Green Hop from Johana Beer, all at 6.0% ABV.
Also available are #1022 往年のホップスターIPA from Ushitora Brewery, Titanota 3 from Saikado Brewing, and Sono Ju No.10 IPA from Shiga Kogen Beer. Planned next taps include From Scratch and Fresh Hop IPA from Shiga Kogen Beer, plus Yoichi Style IPA from Harvest Moon.
Located on the second floor of the Shinbori Guitar Building in Ebisu, TBE Brewing pairs its rotating craft beer selection with dishes such as sashimi, steak, lamb, pork spare ribs, curry croquettes, and pasta. Some beers were noted as having limited remaining volume.
