The beer pub "Bakushu Yumeemi" in Kyoto’s Higashiyama Ward released its service notice for Saturday, April 11.

The draft beer announced for the day is Yorroko Beer’s "The Golden TIme". It is an Italian pilsner, introduced as a simple lager made generously with German hops. The hops used are Saphir and Spalter Select, and it is being presented as a beer with a pleasant grassy-hop character.

On the food side, water dumplings made by a new staff member will be offered as the special food. There are two varieties: pork, spring cabbage, and ginger, and chicken, cucumber, and garlic. One serving comes with five pieces, each gently wrapped in handmade dough. The dumplings are scheduled to have a last order around 9 p.m., and the shop says it will prepare enough so they can be enjoyed alongside the beer.

"Bakushu Yumeemi" is a beer pub located on the second floor of the Shima-ya Building in Chushomachi, west of Yamato-Oji on Shijo-dori in Kyoto. Known as a place where guests can relax and enjoy draft beer and food in a calm setting, this announcement also stood out for its lineup pairing the beer’s character with handmade water dumplings.

Business hours are 16:00-23:00. The following day is scheduled to be closed due to helper duties, so for this day’s visit, it would be worth coming for the just-opened Italian pilsner and water dumplings.
