On July 7, craft beer BLUE in Sagamihara added five new taps and said it would open from 5 p.m. The shop sits on the second floor in Sagamidai, making it a place for a slow, focused tasting session rather than a quick stop.

The five newly tapped beers are 3TREE BREWERY “Malcove,” Latticework BREWING “19 Blues,” RIKRI BREWERY “Selfless,” open air “onward,” and U.B.P BREWERY “Get Goal!”. The styles cover Saison, Session IPA, West Coast IPA, Juicy IPA, and Hazy IPA, so the board offers a wide range of aroma and bitterness.

Among them, “Malcove” is described as a juicy, tropical Saison built on Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops. “19 Blues” leans into grapefruit and stone-fruit aromatics and is positioned as an easygoing Session IPA. “Selfless” brings sweet lime, orange, and a menthol-like note, while “onward” is presented as the final recipe from former head brewer Ben, balancing classic IPA bitterness with a modern juicy profile. “Get Goal!” uses Mosaic and Citra and is framed as a peachy, summer-friendly Hazy IPA.

The tap list also includes Repubrew “MOMOSAIC HAZY SOUR,” GANGI BREWING “OH SNAP!,” and GROUNDTAP BREWERY “CITRUS STOUT.” That mix adds a sour, a West Coast Pils, and a stout, giving drinkers options from bright and light to darker and fuller-bodied.
