15brewery (15brewery, takeaway sales only) in Hayama Town, Miura District, Kanagawa Prefecture, is announcing its tap lineup for April 22. Business hours are 14:00-19:00, and standing drink service is currently closed. If you bring a sealable bottle or a PET bottle that can handle carbonation, you can buy beer by weight and take it home.

The lineup for the day features five beers in total. The Belgian-style beer "Bottom of the Swamp" uses a generous amount of wheat malt and is a complex recipe that combines orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, cloves, lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka City. Also available are "Stout," which emphasizes deep richness, and "Orange Ale," characterized by orange aroma and acidity.

In addition, "Wheat Land" and "Raw Hazy IPA," both made with part of their ingredients coming from a baguette from Miura Bakery Mitsumugi, are also on tap. "Wheat Land" uses plenty of wheat malt and is finished as a light-drinking beer with hops that evoke the aroma of white wine. "Raw Hazy IPA" is brewed using the Raw Ale method, which does not boil the wort, and is designed to let you enjoy citrus and pine-needle aromas along with bitterness. In a style typical of the Hayama brewery, the lineup incorporates local ingredients and the surrounding food culture.
