Five beers on tap in Hayama

15brewery, a small brewery in Horiuchi, Hayama, will connect five beers to its taps on October 12, 2026. Sales will run from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The brewery is currently offering takeaway sales only; standing service is suspended.

The lineup covers a wide range of styles:

- Numa no Soko is a Belgian-style beer made with a high proportion of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. It combines slight sweetness and acidity with complex, spicy flavors and aromas.
- Stout is described as deeply rich and intensely dark.
- Raw Red Ale uses an unboiled Raw Ale process, highlighting the heavy, concentrated character and aroma of the malt.
- Dodanba Ale (Natsumikan Ale) is a refreshing fruit beer made with summer oranges from Hayama. It also uses baguette from Miura bakery Mitsumugi as part of its ingredients.
- Raw Hazy IPA offers pineapple and tropical-fruit aromas from the hops, followed by a modest bitterness. This beer also contains baguette from Mitsumugi.

Prices range from ¥2.2 to ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter. Customers should bring a sealable container, such as a carbonated-drink PET bottle or a glass bottle with a screw cap. Bottled beer is currently out of stock.

For beer drinkers exploring Hayama, the selection offers a chance to take home beers shaped by local ingredients and regional collaborations. Visitors should prepare a suitable container and check the brewery’s latest sales information before setting out.
