15brewery, a brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa, is offering five beers from the tap for takeaway sales on October 16, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The brewery is currently operating as a takeaway-only shop, with beer sold by weight or volume.

The featured Belgian-style beer is Numano Soko. It uses a generous amount of wheat malt along with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The beer is described as having light sweetness and acidity, with complex spicy aromas and flavors. It is priced at ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

The stout is a deeply flavored, jet-black beer with pronounced body and richness. It is priced at ¥2.2 per gram or milliliter.

Raw Red Ale is made using a Raw Ale process in which the wort is not boiled. This leaves a heavy, rich malt character and aroma, and is priced at ¥2.5 per gram or milliliter.

The fruit-beer selection is Doganba Ale, a summer-mikan ale made with Hayama-grown natsumikan. Its profile is described as refreshing and easy-drinking. A portion of the ingredients for this beer comes from a baguette supplied by Miura bakery Mitsumugi. The same baguette is also used in Raw Hazy IPA, which offers pineapple and tropical-fruit aromas from the hops alongside a touch of bitterness.

Standing service is suspended, and bottled beer is currently unavailable. Customers should bring a sealable container; carbonated-drink PET bottles and screw-cap glass bottles are accepted. The selection offers a chance to enjoy 15brewery’s use of local ingredients and Raw brewing techniques at home.
