A Weizen Doppelbock. It is characterized by a silky mouthfeel, deep richness, and a rich flavor reminiscent of dried fruit. The post also notes an alcohol content of over 8%.
- Kyoto Brewing / Mari Otoko
Belgian DIPA (7.5%). Built around spicy notes from Belgian yeast, layered with Citra and Simcoe hop character.
- CHUCKANUT × Yokohama Bay Brewing / Gold Label
