The beer pub CRAFT BEER BASE BUD in Umeda, Osaka, is announcing its tap list for Wednesday, May 27. Hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with the last beer order at 10:00 p.m. Located on the second basement floor of Osaka Ekimae Daiichi Building, it is an easy-to-reach spot that is convenient to stop by after work.
This lineup includes 10 beers in total. From hazy-leaning IPAs, including an in-house collaboration, to dry stout, Scotch ale, fruit sour, imperial stout, and lager, the range of styles is wide. On the food side, the new addition is "Tartine with Sweet Summer Orange, Bacon, and Camembert," introduced as a dish that combines the refreshing citrus of sweet summer orange, the saltiness of bacon, and the richness of Camembert. "Garlic Shrimp" has also started. Shell-on shrimp are finished with garlic, butter, and thyme, then brought together with lemon at the end. Both dishes are being suggested alongside `pFreal`.
