At "Taki〜AKANE〜JapaneseBeer&SakeDining" in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, the pub will be open on Tuesday, May 19, from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. For the first two hours after opening, it will run "Akane's Happy Time," during which the first drink right after opening is 100 yen off. Set up to make it easy to stop by on a weekday night, it is also a convenient option for an after-work drink.

Draft Beers for the Day

There are three draft beers on tap that day.
- Sanktgallen "Shonan Gold" (Sweet Orange Ale)
- August Beer "August White" (Belgian White Ale)
- Tanba Brewery x VALLE SAGRADO "8th Anniversary Beer"

The lineup brings together three beers with very different characters: "Shonan Gold," with an easy-to-imagine citrus character; "August White," with the soft texture derived from wheat; and the commemorative collaboration "8th Anniversary Beer." It is a setup that works well for people who want to start with something light, as well as those who want to enjoy a tasting comparison.

Food Pairings

The food menu includes fresh seafood such as lean tuna, greater amberjack, and red sea bream, as well as sake-lees-marinated salmon, smoked daikon with sake lees cream cheese, fried oysters, and spicy potato fries. In addition to beer, there are also new sake taps: Abekan "Dry Junmai Suicho" and Ura "Sake Hitosuji Banga-hin." You can move back and forth between draft beer and sake while matching them with seafood snacks and dishes made with sake lees.
