Yokohama Bay Brewing Yokohama Front, a direct-operated beer pub on the 2nd floor of THE YOKOHAMA FRONT near Yokohama Station’s North West Exit, posted its June 26 lineup with a focus on food and draft beer.

The featured dishes were Buffalo Cartilage and Chicken Gizzard with Sansho Pepper Negi-Shio sauce. The Buffalo Cartilage plate was described as a crunchy, beer-friendly dish with a sauce that brings acidity and heat. The gizzard dish was set to return later in the evening, with the sharp spice of Japanese sansho pepper and the aroma of scallions as its main draw. The post also mentioned a sashimi selection that included isaki, kampachi, madai, and medai.

The tap list covered a broad range: house beers such as Bay Pilsner, Bay Pilsner Haratow Edition, Bay Dark, Bay Weiss, Yuzu Weiss, Weekend Journey, Sprint IPA, Flatland, Freedom, Sara, Steel Soul Fixie, and Bay Pilsner (ball tap), alongside guest beers including Jukusen, Pilsner Urquell, Jam Session 2, Natsu no Kimagure, Pilsner Northern Style, Pale Ale, Sakuraku, Drink All Day, Second Breath, and Super Sonic Speed Sour. In other words, the lineup moved comfortably from lager and IPA to wheat beer and sour styles.

The post noted that table seating was already booked for the 7 p.m. hour, while counter seats were still available. That makes the venue flexible for a full meal, a tasting session, or simply dropping in for one beer after work.
