Craft beer kitchen Kokoro no Tsuki in the Noge area of Yokohama announced its tap list for Thursday, April 30. The shop is a beer pub on the 2nd floor of the LR Building at 2-57 Miyakawacho, and its hallmark is the chance to enjoy craft beer with Chinese snacks. The post also noted that the shop opens at 3:00 p.m.

Taps for the day

- `Hoppukotan Brewing Kitsuneiro`
- `Nara Brewing Under Water Luminous`
- `Comrade Brewing Another Pale Ale`
- `Hoppukotan Brewing Full Throttle`
- `Repubrew UME Kyu GOSE`
- `Fremont Brewing Golden`

There were two new taps that day: `Kitsuneiro` and `Under Water Luminous` were added. `Kitsuneiro` was described as a beer that layers the gentle sweetness of biscuit malt with hop aroma, while `Under Water Luminous` was introduced as a beer with a ginjo-like aroma inspired by a collaboration with Kaze no Mori. Meanwhile, `Another Pale Ale`, `Golden`, `Full Throttle`, and `UME Kyu GOSE` were also available, creating a lineup that ranged from pale ales and goses to lager-like styles.

The food served with the beer is another highlight of this shop. The post listed Chinese dishes such as steamed chicken with green sansho sauce, fried eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, ginger chicken, and drooling wontons. Pairing a light pale ale with aromatic appetizers, or a sour gose with a dish full of umami, reveals a lineup that lives up to the shop's name and really keeps the beer flowing.

Its calm, counter-centered interior also makes it easy to drop in with a small group, which suits Kokoro no Tsuki well. It is the kind of place you want to visit on a day when you want to check the day's draft lineup in Noge and take your time testing how the food and beer complement each other.
