Food and Beer
goodsun is a traveling food project known for bringing rice grown by the team itself to pop-ups around Japan and abroad. For this event, the group will prepare a special menu for Beron. Planned dishes include octopus kimchi, cucumber in dashi, potato salad, fries with anchovy sauce, tempura corn, saba nanban, squid with butter-mayo, chashu with a fried egg, meat and tofu stew, and a special rice dish made with goodsun rice.
Beer will be supplied by Minamiaizu Mountain Brewing, a brewery that continues to brew in the naturally rich landscape of Minamiaizu.
