Notable New Arrival


BINGE this time introduced BE EASY BREWING / Iwakisan no Haru (Spring on Mt. Iwaki). This spring seasonal IPA is themed after Mt. Iwaki, a symbol of Aomori, and is characterized by a recipe based on pilsner malt, wheat, and a small amount of caramel pils, with Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Motueka, and Peacharine. ABV is 5.5%, and the hop load is kept slightly restrained to aim for a balance that makes it easy to keep drinking as the weather warms up.

How the Place Works


BINGE is a beer pub and craft beer select shop on the 6th floor of the Kohaku Building, within walking distance of Nagoya Station. With 12 taps and a rich stock of cans and bottles, it's easy to compare beers on the spot. The appeal of a place like this is that you can center your visit on one new arrival, then line up similar spring beers or distinctive taps and sample them side by side.

In addition, the collaboration label BINGE CRAFT BEER × BE EASY / BINGE was also announced, creating a lineup that conveys the connection between the shop and the brewery.
