BINGE tap update

BINGE CRAFTBEER, located on the 6th floor of Kohaku Building near Nagoya Station, has announced its current beers on Instagram. Business hours are 15:00-23:00. The shop offers both tap beer and cans/bottles, and its appeal lies in the breadth of its selection, with 12 taps and more than 200 labels.

The first beer introduced in this post is Bellwoods Brewery's "Ghost Orchid IPA." It is described as a beer with the bright aroma typical of a hazy IPA, notes reminiscent of white grapes and mandarin orange centered on Nelson Sauvin, and a soft mouthfeel. The design clearly aims to let the hop aroma from dry hopping rise up, then finish with a fresh, pine-like bitterness.

Also listed under "TODAY ON TAP" are Ise Kadoya's "Hop Nyaon 11th Fleet" DDH HAZY IPA, Ise Kadoya's "Nekosambiki VERA" TDH OPAQUE TRIPLE IPA, NOM CRAFT BREWING's "ISLAND GROVE" OKINAWA MANGO ALE, and BINGE PEACHY's BELGIAN WIT ALE. The lineup is clearly divided in flavor direction, ranging from aroma-focused hazy IPAs to fruity mango ales and Belgian wit.

BINGE is an easy-to-use spot in the Meieki area for comparing a wide range of draft beer styles. This tap composition also makes it easy to choose based on purpose, whether you want to chase hop aroma, pick something fruit-forward, or start with a light white beer.
