At Yokohama Bay Brewing's Yokohama Front store, a new spring-friendly daily special, "Ethnic-Style Sake-Steamed Clams," has appeared.

The post introduces it as a slightly spicy sake-steamed clam dish seasoned with garlic, chili peppers, and nam pla, garnished with cilantro and lime. Recommended pairings include a refreshing lager or a fruity IPA, making it an easy dish to enjoy for the balance of saltiness and aroma.

That day's TODAY'S BEER ON TAP lineup featured a broad selection of Yokohama Bay Brewing's staples and distinctive brews. In addition to Bay Pilsner, Beer Terrace, Bay Amber, Bay Dark, Bay Weiss, Yuzu Weiss, Weekend Journey, Flatland, Travelers, Uncle Linne, Freedom, With Friends, Pedaling for IPA, GOOOOOAAAAAL IPA, Mellow Walk IPA, and Bay Pilsner (ball tap), Omen Brew, Nice Bitter, and Mrs. Scarlet were also available. Peroni and Pilsner Urquell were also on tap, giving lager fans plenty of options.

The shop is a directly operated beer pub on the second floor of THE YOKOHAMA FRONT, a five-minute walk from JR Yokohama Station. Open continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day, it is convenient for everything from lunchtime drinking to an evening pint. Centered on its own brewed beers, the appeal of the place is choosing drinks while thinking about how they pair with the food. It is the kind of spot where following the daily food specials alongside the tap list is part of the fun.
