On August 2, torne_craftbeer in Osaka’s Tenroku framed itself as a refuge from the heat and announced fresh lager-package arrivals. The lineup is built for summer: lighter, cleaner beers sit alongside darker and more characterful options.
The headline set comes from Chuckanut Brewery in Bellingham, Washington: Kölsch, Schwarzbier, Mexican Style Lager, Citra Pilsner, and Gold Label Pils. The shop describes Gold Label Pils as a collaboration with Yokohama Bay Brewing, and the set shows a clear focus on crisp lager drinking, from bright pilsner expressions to a darker Schwarzbier.
There is plenty more on offer, including Echo from Novel Craft Brewing; Minoh Weizen nitro ver. from Minoh Beer; B-BOYism from Fill Brewing; Hometown Stout nitro ver. from Yorocco Beer; BUDDY, a Czech Pale Lager 12°c. from Wu-Chaw-Teng Brew; Natural Yeast Beer from Hansharo Beer + Cocofarm & Winery; Dekakōn Tawaki from Flora Fermentation + umbrella RiB; Extra Lush from Fremont Brewing; Sage from Falò Brewing + Karakuri; Bitter Bug from Craft Bank + Beer Parlor POGO; and Winter Lambiek from Oud Beersel. The kitchen is also highlighting summer vegetables, with the goya butter-soy stir-fry noted as a popular dish. The post even includes a music list, reinforcing the shop’s beer-meets-music atmosphere.
