A Kellerbier collaboration connecting Taiwan, Osaka, and Tokyo

Torne Craft Beer in Osaka’s Tenroku neighborhood will begin serving “U.N.K.U.T - Kellerbier nitro ver.” on September 18. The beer is a collaboration between Wu-Chaw-Teng Brew, torne, and Tokyo-based Wythe Tokyo, and is brewed in the Kellerbier style with a nitro presentation.

The name “U.N.K.U.T” references the EP UNKUT=UNCUT by hip-hop crew MONJU. The announcement places the beer in a broader connection between lager brewing, music, and culture. Its fine nitro texture should offer a distinctive take on Kellerbier while retaining the style’s crisp, refreshing character.

Taiwanese food pairing

The post also announces reservations for a special Taiwanese food plate. The clean profile of a lager-style beer makes it a natural match for Taiwanese cuisine, offering visitors a chance to explore the pairing alongside the new collaboration beer.

Torne is also planning “Taiwan Night: TAIHU BREWING + TAIWAN FOOD feat.” on September 22. Located in Arcus City Tenroku TEN ROCK 102, the beer pub is a relaxed destination for exploring guest beers and lager-focused events. Visitors can check the venue’s Instagram for current availability and food details before stopping by.
