Torne in Tenroku Reports on Tenroku Riot with Derailleur Beers
Osaka beer pub torne_craftbeer has reported on its Tenroku Riot event, where guests enjoyed Derailleur Brew Works beers, meatballs, and heavy music alongside a wide-ranging tap list.
Beer pub torne_craftbeer in Suganei-cho, Osaka, has shared a report from its recent “Tenroku Riot!” event. The night combined beers from Derailleur Brew Works, house meatballs, and heavy music selected by metal DJs. The venue described the atmosphere as an energetic “men’s festival,” while thanking the brewers, staff, and DJs involved.
The tap list covered a broad range of styles. “U.N.K.U.T - Kellerbier,” a collaboration between Wu-Chaw-Teng Brew, torne, and Wythe Tokyo, offered a crisp lager-focused option. Derailleur Brew Works beers included “Nishinari Riot Ale,” “Night Rider,” “Pilsner,” “Citrus Sour Ale,” “New World Order,” “West Coast IPA,” and “Hazy IPA,” giving drinkers several ways to move from clean lager profiles to sour and hop-forward beers.
The international selection featured “Oude Lambik” from Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen and “Earl Grey Tea Infused Lambic” from Oud Beersel, both based in Beersel, Belgium. Their farmhouse fermentation character and layered acidity provided a contrast to the modern Osaka beers on the list.
