Five beers on tap for takeaway

15brewery in Horiuchi, Hayama will pour five beers on Wednesday, August 19, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The brewery is not offering standing service at the moment, and sales are limited to takeaway fills. Customers can bring a sealed bottle and have it filled to the top; carbonated PET bottles and screw-cap glass bottles are also accepted.

Tap list

- Nusunoko: A Belgian-style beer brewed with plenty of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. Sweetness, acidity, and spice come together in one glass.
- Stout: A dark beer with deep body and a pronounced black malt character.
- Raw Red Ale: Brewed with a Raw Ale process that does not boil the wort, bringing out a heavy, rich malt profile.
- Dotanba Ale (Summer Mandarin Ale): A fruit beer made with Hayama Royal Fruit summer mandarins. Part of the ingredients also includes baguettes from Miura Panya Jukubaku.
- Raw Hazy IPA: Also brewed as a Raw Ale, with hop-driven citrus and pine aromas and a light bitterness. This one also uses baguettes from Miura Panya Jukubaku.

15brewery continues a takeaway-focused format that highlights local ingredients from Hayama and nearby producers. The tap list is useful not only for choosing a beer, but also for understanding what goes into each glass before taking it home.
