Kochi Campagne Brewery Brings TOSACO Draft Beer to Isetan, with an Early Pour of Konacchan
Kochi Campagne Brewery's craft beer brand "TOSACO" will appear at the Isetan Craft Beer Bar in Isetan Shinjuku from April 1 to 7. The seasonal limited release "Konacchan Honey Mead," which goes on sale on April 2, will be served on draft ahead of its official launch.
Kochi Campagne Brewery, based in Kami City, Kochi Prefecture, was founded in 2017. It develops the craft beer brand "TOSACO," which makes use of ingredients from Kochi Prefecture, and its directly operated "TOSACO TAP STAND" offers a wide range of beers, from core lineup items to limited editions.
This time, the brewery will appear at the "Isetan Craft Beer Bar" on the B1 floor of the main building at Mitsukoshi Isetan Shinjuku. From April 1 through April 7, it will be featured in a sales area that introduces draft beers from notable breweries across Japan on a weekly rotating basis. The bar is open daily from 15:00 to 20:00, offering a chance to enjoy a glass that evokes Kochi's local character in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
The highlight is the new product "Konacchan Honey Mead", which begins general sales on April 2. On TOSACO's official website, it is introduced as an early-summer limited beer with the sweet-and-tart aroma of summer orange and honey, and its style is braggot. It combines malt and honey as a base, then adds summer orange to create a refreshing aroma, gentle sweetness, and a subtle bitter note.
The lineup announced at the venue includes bottled items such as "Kaya no Mori Hazy Ale," "Arigatosako," and "Yuzu Pale Ale," along with draft selections such as "Kaya no Mori Hazy Ale," "Arigatosako," "Konacchan Honey Mead," "Yuzu Pale Ale," and "Wajo Kölsch." The draft beers available on the day are said to be announced by the venue.
Kochi Campagne Brewery has consistently expressed the character of its region through beer, focusing on making the most of ingredients found only in Kochi.
