Craft Beer Market Whity Umeda Announces Seven New Taps, Including GROUNDTAP and Sierra Nevada
Craft Beer Market Whity Umeda has announced seven new kegs, including GROUNDTAP Brewery's RED and Sierra Nevada's HAZY LITTLE THING IPA. The lineup also features a Minoh Beer x Yorocco Beer collaboration and a fruit-forward smoothie sour.
Located in the NOMOKA area of Whity Umeda, this beer pub offers 30 draft craft beers and pairs them with Italian-style snacks and pizza. In this post, the shop announced seven new taps at once.
The lineup includes GROUNDTAP Brewery's amber lager RED, Hoegaarden Rosée, KOMPAS from Minoh Beer x Yorocco Beer [a saison with plum], A piece of Thick! from CRAFTROCK BREWING x Seven Island Brewery [a smoothie sour with blueberry, strawberry, and yuzu], SCHMATZ Weizen, REPUBREW's AGE AGE SAME AGE [a Czech-style dark lager], and Sierra Nevada's HAZY LITTLE THING IPA [a hazy IPA].
Two collaboration beers stand out in particular. KOMPAS leans into a saison base with plum, while A piece of Thick! layers blueberry, strawberry, and yuzu for a dense, fruit-driven sour profile. The list also covers familiar styles such as Weizen, amber lager, hazy IPA, and dark lager, giving drinkers a wide range to compare in one visit.
The location is convenient for a stop in central Osaka, and the food menu makes it easy to build a tasting session around pizza and bar snacks. It is a practical choice when you want to sample different styles without leaving the station-area underground streets.
A future event is also listed for Sunday, August 23: an ISEKADO x UDON BREWING collaboration beer release TTO.
