A rich arrabbiata built around garlic and butter

Craft Beer Market Whity Umeda, a beer pub in Osaka’s Umeda district, has announced “Decadent Arrabbiata” as the fourth addition to its new menu series.

The dish uses a generous amount of garlic and butter, then adds extra garlic and garlic chips on top. According to the restaurant, chili brings both heat and savory depth. A baguette is served on the side and can be dipped into the remaining sauce.

The recommended beer pairing is Drink All Day from CRAFTROCK BREWING. Its inclusion as a final drink offers a beer-focused way to round out the rich garlic and chili flavors of the pasta.

250ml half pours for ¥480

From September 1, the restaurant began offering ten beers in 250ml half pours for ¥480, tax included. Eight are brewed in-house by CRAFTROCK BREWING, while two come from major Japanese brewers. The remaining 20 beers were also reduced from ¥690 to ¥680.

The current tap list is updated daily in the “Today’s Beers” section of the official website, making it easy for guests to explore different pairings in smaller pours.

Located on the B1 floor of the NOMOKA area inside Whity Umeda, the pub serves Italian snacks and pizza alongside creative dishes inspired by a range of cuisines. Its convenient access from Umeda and Higashi-Umeda stations makes it suitable for daytime drinks, casual meals and an evening beer stop.
