Tokumanjiri Hinomoto Beer, based in Kotoura Town, Tottori Prefecture, will send two labels to the BeerFes Tokyo 2026 association booth. The beers on offer are White (Byaku), a milk ale, and Shizuku (Shito), a seasonal limited release. White is an award-winning label from the Craft Beer Awards 2026, and its signature is a gentle sweetness from skim milk powder and a clean finish.

Shizuku, on the other hand, is a seasonal release rather than a standard offering. It is a beer the brewery creates by making use of whatever ingredients and brewing methods are suited to the moment, and at the venue it will be enjoyable to compare it with White. With the two labels standing side by side in the association booth, the breadth of this brewery's range should also come through more clearly.

Tokumanjiri Hinomoto Beer began brewing in 2022 at Shubou Gin, an izakaya in Kotoura Town. The brewery is located in a renovated building that was once a beverage manufacturing plant, and it has built up recipes that take advantage of local ingredients while embracing the character of small-batch brewing. There is something distinctly fitting about beer born in a place where traces of local memory remain reaching a major festival venue in Tokyo.

BeerFes is known as an event where visitors can compare a wide variety of labels. Through White and Shizuku from a coastal town in Tottori, we want to see firsthand at the venue the brewery's continued commitment to conveying local ingredients through beer.
